Alejandro Monzonis García
Alejandro has been at Esmalglass-Itaca Group since 2010. He has worked in different areas throughout his time at the company, beginning in the manufacturing department, where his goals were to control every single batch of production.
He then jumped to R&D where he helped develop new inks, modifying the formulations in the solvents as well as in the performance of the pigments. During his time in R&D, the team studied the inks performance inside the printheads.
In 2015, Alejandro was promoted to Inkjet Support Manager Worldwide, moving on to solve the possible issues between the digital printer and the inks, but also to promote and support the customer to adapt and/or test new products for their layouts.
In 2020, the Esmalglass-Itaca started a new business, the corrugated market, and Alejandro was assigned to his current role as Project Manager. In this position, he focuses on balancing the requirements of the potential customers, printhead manufacturers, and OEM’s regarding ink performance, and working with the R&D and application teams to formulate the best ink.
