Rob Karsten
Robert Karsten is a native of Kemano, BC, Canada with Dutch parents. Fluent in English, Dutch, German and French. He is a graduate of Production & Manufacturing Engineering from the Dublin Institute of Technology, has a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Trinity College Dublin and an MBA from the University of London. Having previously worked with Smith Industries, Thomas & Betts, Tyco, Scientific Generics and Philips Electronics Robert joined Start-Up Phoseon Technology (an Excelitas Technologies Company) in 2004 to set up its EMEA division and introduce UV LED Technology to the EMEA market. Through extensive collaboration with OEM’s, materials suppliers and end users, Excelitas Technologies Corp are now the world leader in developing and manufacturing Industrial LED Light Sources.
